- Conduct broad-based market survey on all contracts each year.
- Develop multiple options for each competitive plan.
- Assist in Plan design and cost analysis.
- Negotiate final rates and terms with each carrier and other service providers.
- Supervise and conduct the annual open enrollment process.
- Assist in On-Line Plan Administration.
- Provide Online Portal for Human Resources.
- Provide oversight of all carriers, third party administrators, and other service providers.
- Provide HIPAA compliant claims and health care information directly to employees and their families when needed.
- Provide Human Resources with a summary of all information pertinent to the Benefits Program.
- Design and print the Employee Benefits Guide each year.
- Design and print a “payroll stuffer” with contact information for all insurance carriers.
